1. Initial issues

  1. This privacy policy describes how we treat personal data of Users on the website under the domain vincievents.com (Website) and in VINCI Mobile App.
  2. The site is managed by the Administrator. The administrator of the Website is S & P PARTNERS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA, ul. Ptasia 10, 60-319 Poznań.
  3. The User is any entity visiting or browsing the Website pages or using the services provided on the Website.
  4. The Website acquires user data and information about its activity related to the use of the Website through the following activities:
    1. Collecting data voluntarily entered by the User, using the forms available on the Website,
    2. By using cookies in cookies (so-called "cookies"), saved in the terminal device (User's computer or other User's device with Internet connection and enabling browsing, saving and storing data),
    3. By automatically registering information about your activity, including by collecting so-called logs on the server.

 

2. Information provided voluntarily

  1. The User may browse the Website pages anonymously. However, the use of services offered on the Website, including in particular the purchase of a subscription and the possibility of setting up and creating websites of events (conferences, workshops, etc.) involves the obligation to register and provide the required data.
  2. The user provides the Administrator with relevant data via forms. Using the forms available on the Website, only information provided by the User is collected voluntarily.
  3. In addition to the information set out above, the Website may automatically record information on connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  4. The information provided by the User will be processed only for the purposes set out in the content of the bounce received by the Administrator, as well as for the proper provision of services provided via the Website.
  5. If the information provided by the User will constitute personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act ( uniform text: Dz.U.2014.1182 from 2014.09.03 ), the Administrator will provide them with the protection provided by the provisions of this Act and meet all the obligations arising from the regulations, defining the rules for processing and protecting such information.

6. Personal data

  2. Your personal data will be collected for purposes resulting from the content of the received declarations
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but their absence may prevent the performance of services or the implementation of contracts concluded with the use of the Website.
  4. The User has the right to access his personal data, which he performs after logging in to the user's account. The User has the right to correct his data, which he realizes after using the appropriate options available in the settings panel of the logged in User.

 

7. VINCI Mobile application

  1. Administrator of personal data as defined in the Act, the Administrator (S & P PARTNERS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA, Ptasia 10, 60-319 Poznań).
  2. Your personal data will be collected for purposes resulting from the content of the received declarations
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but their absence may prevent the performance of services or the implementation of contracts concluded with the use of the application.
  4. The User has the right to access his personal data, which he performs after logging in to the user's account. The User has the right to correct his data, which he realizes after using the appropriate options available in the settings panel of the logged in User.
  5. Photos sent via chat and photos of avatars are safely stored on the servers of the Service Provider.
  6. Photos from chat or avatars are processed only to provide chat services and display participants' avatars.
  7. Photos from chat or avatars can be removed at the participant's request.
  8. In order to delete photos from chat or avatars in order to delete them, please contact the Service Provider using the form at http://vincievents.com.
  9. Photos of QR codes are not stored on the server.

 

8. Providing data to other entities

  1. The Administrator will not disclose User data to third parties, unless they obtain the User's consent to do so, it will be necessary for the provision of services to the User or will be obliged to do so under the applicable law.
  2. The above reservation does not apply to information made available to the advertising networks cooperating with the Website and other Website partners as referred to in art. 3 of this Policy. Without the User's express consent, however, no data revealing the identity of the User will be transmitted.
  3. The Administrator, upon obtaining relevant consent, will share the User's personal data with the entities cooperating with the Administrator for processing them for marketing purposes.
  4. The administrator provides for the User's data to be entrusted to external entities within the meaning of art. 31 of the Act. Entrusting data will take place only for the purpose of processing them for the benefit and commissioning of the Administrator. Data may be entrusted to the following categories of entities in:
    1. providing IT services (execution of orders related to the functioning of the Website, repair of service failures, etc.),
    2. providing hosting (servers on which files and data related to the functioning of the Website will be collected),
    3. providing accounting and accounting services (issuing invoices, invoices),
    4. providing services in the field of delivering shipments to Users,
